How it Works

Each GoalAchievers' group consists of 5-9 committed members and meets consistently once a week at the same time and place.

All meetings are carefully timed to provide equal sharing for all participants. For instance, if there are 6 members, everyone will have an uninterrupted opportunity of 5 minutes to share their goals, progress, and areas of challenge with the group. The group collectively will then provide insight, feedback, and support in any way they are able to for the next 5 minutes. This circle of sharing and feedback lasts one hour. Time is adjusted according to the number of members involved with ongoing support also being available throughout the week.
